About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- •Ensure Implementation of the tactical plan (specific channel or platform) through a flawless execution.
- Identify, anticipate, and attack local barriers for success
- Optimize digital campaigns based on performance analysis
- Gather data (digital campaigns, BI, customer feedback, PSP) to facilitate decision making
- Track and report KPIs
- Coordinate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Medical, Supply, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to enhance product sales and extend brands lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or support area roles such as business intelligence, finance, PSP, etc
- Developing through a Digital and innovative platforms.
- Strategy and brand execution to all customers and segments
Skills:
- •Strategic thinking•Business Acumen•Negotiation (difficult conversations)•Data driven Decision making•Strong analytics capabilities•Anticipation•Coordination•Informal leadership•Adaptable to change with the environment
Languages :
- Advanced English Level.
